Italian Parmesan Bread - Bread Machine

INgredients 1.5 lb Loaf

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp water

  • 1-1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3-1/2 cup bread flour

  • 1 tsp dried, crushed basil

  • 1 tsp dried, crushed oregano

  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1-1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Ingredients - 2.0 lb loaf

  • 1-1/3 cup water

  • 1-1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 4-1/2 cup bread flour

  • 1-1/2 tsp dried, crushed basil

  • 1-1/2 tsp dried, crushed parmesan

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2-1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order above.

  2. Select basic cycle for desired loaf size and crust.

  3. When bread machine is complete, remove and let stand for 5 min.

  4. Slice and serve as necessary.
