Maple Wheat Bread - Bread Machine

INgredients 1.5 lb Loaf

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil

  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour

  • 2 cup bread flour

  • 1-1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Ingredients - 2.0 lb loaf

  • 1-1/3 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil

  • 1-1/2 cup whole-wheat flour

  • 2-1/2 cup bread flour

  • 2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order above.

  2. Select basic cycle for desired loaf size and crust.

  3. When bread machine is complete, remove and let stand for 5 min.

  4. Slice and serve as necessary.
