Pumpkin Spice Sauce

INgredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved.

  2. Reduce heat, add sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir to combine

  3. While stirring, bring mixture to boil.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and allow to cool down.

  6. Pour into mason jar and allow to cool to room temperature

  7. Seal and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
