Peanut Butter Cheesecake

INgredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp hot fudge topping

Directions

  1. Whip whipping cream and set aside.

  2. In separate mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and melted butter together.

  3. Fold in whip cream.

  4. Pour into graham cracker crust.

  5. Chill for 1 hour.

  6. Heat hot fudge topping, drizzle hot fudge on top of cheesecake.

  7. Refrigerate again for 1 hour.

  8. Serve cold.
