Pancakes

INgredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 3.5 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp white sugar

  • 1-1/4 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

  2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter.

  3. Mix until smooth

  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour or scoop batter onto griddle using 1/2 cup for each pancake

  6. Brown on both sides.

  7. Serve hot.
