Boneless Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper
2 Eggs
Splash Milk
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or a little less)
1 tsp Chili Pepper (or a little less)
½ tsp Paprika (or a little less)
½ cup Franks hot wing sauce
2 tbsp butter
Splash water
1 tbsp lemon
Directions:
Beat eggs and splash of milk together in small bowl and set aside.
In separate bowl, mix flour and peppers together and whisk until mixed.
Coat chicken in egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture. Repeat for 2nd coat with both egg & flour mixtures.
Heat air fryer to 370 degrees. Spray bottom tray with oil. Add chicken and spray chicken for extra crispiness. Fry for 5 min, then flip chicken over and spray with oil again. Fry for another 7 minutes (or until 165 degrees). Fry in batches so that chicken has space in fryer.
While chicken is frying, mix butter, Frank’s hot wing sauce and water in small pot and heat until butter is melted. Add lemon.
Toss chicken in sauce mixture right out of air fryer and eat right away.
