Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz ume

• 1.5 oz tequila

• 0.5 oz lime juice

• grapefruit soda or squirt

Directions:

1. Add to highball over ice.

2. Top with grapefruit soda or squirt and stir lightly.

3. Granish with grapefruit wheel.
