Bijou

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz Gin

• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

• 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

2. Add ice and stir.

3. Strain into coup glass.

4. Garnish with cherry.
